My Complaint Description:
We had given a cheque amounted INR 4850 to Spidigo for a broadband connection on 10.10.2015.
Then after 2 days there Technician had came and he told us that they wont be able to give us the connection .
After that i have Talk in there customer cae on 12.10.2015 for the refund and they have told us the will give us the refund n next 30 days. But i did not got the Refund.
On 05.11.2015 i have also send them a mail regarding the refund but yet i never rceived any mail from there side.
