My Complaint Description:
It's been a month since I've subscribed for Spidigo Internet service. The plan is Revolution Biz, (1 mbps unlimited) for 6+1 month in 6000 Rs.
Since the day of installation, there had been more than 6 times that I had to call the customer service.
The issues are… many times… no internet, or no login page, or no proper speed, or sudden disconnection, high speed fluctuations, etc.
Now.. all payment is done in prior.
So they are liable to provide at least 95% of subjected speed for 24 hours for 7 months.
If they can't, I simply want my money back.
