My Complaint Description:
I have recharged my account in October with 1mbps plan and given 5549/- check. Since then Spidigo had never provided me a single day service. I am not able to use the internet at all and no one bothers to visit my home to resolve the issue. I changed my home address to new location and they charged me 500/- for that. Their workers came and gave me connection to some shared wife modem. I never have connection till today.
If I phone them they gave me answer that complain has been registered but, no technical person replied me or visit me to resolve the issue even at new location. Here is the ticket nos they have given me:

I am freelance programmer and work from home. But, since last six month, I had not made a single dime working from home.
