My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir,

I am having internet connection of spidigo company in Ahmedabad Gujarat since last 2 months Approx. I had choose a plan for 18 months and i have paid Rs.8000/- approx. From the day one i am not getting good connection and twice a week i have to complaint in the company for their services. After complaining, company send the person at home and he solved the problem but again after 48 hours problem will be start and again i have complain in the company.

The person who came to my house for connection he told me that he always there for help. But after taking money he is not answering my phone.that person name is

I ask to company that they are not able to solve my problem so they disconnect my connection and give me my money back. that time they replied that there is no money back policy in the company so they will not give my money back and i have stay connect with spidigo till 18 months.

i request you to please doing needful in this matter because i feel company has not idea about internet and they are serving service. i am suffering problem since last 2 months.
