My Complaint Description:
I am residing in Gota, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
I have purchased a plan for unlimited internet for 15 months from Spidigo Company from April'16.. From I have taken this connection, I have faced too many problems, like disconnected network, slow speed etc.. Every time when I do complain on Service no. 079-40709999, they will register our complain, and will tell that your problem will be solved within 48 hours. But usually it takes three to four days.. My network stopped working from 03/08/2016. I have filled complain for that on the same day. Today it's 6th of August but nobody has solved that problem yet. Yesterday in afternoon when I called on that service no. they
told me that our engineers will visit today. But nobody came. I again call them at 8 pm yesterday, they told me that he will come tomorrow. So it's nearly 72 hours and my problem is stand still.
WHEN WE PAY FOR THE SCHEME IN ADVANCE AND IF COMPANY IS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE IT'S SERVICE IN TIME, THEN IT IS IRRESPONSIBLE ACT FROM THE COMPANY.
