My Complaint Description:
I had signed up to Spidigo approximately two years ago with the hope of the promise they had given me of excellent uninterrupted unlimited 4mbps plan.I was told i would not get 4mbp due to my area but i will at least get 3.5mbps above…..after few months i was suggested to purchase a static ip address which they said would improve the services and speed and would not have any interruptions/disconnections.I purchased it and still there was no improvement.Its been over two years now and customer care executives do not solve the issue, and when it comes to the refund process i am being told about the lengthy process in which im still paying more than 50% of the amount when the services that were promised to me were not even close to satisfactory……within the past few weeks i have been getting 1 Mbps on a plan of 4mbps…..when complaining…….engineer arrives after a week and still problem is not resolved.I am one of the many customers who this company has been scammed by with false promises of uninterrupted service.flat speed and good customer service whereas i have receive neither of them.Please help me and many others in this rip off strategy this company is using.When i had to renew i had received 10 phone calls from the sales executive and he assured me i would not have any problems or complaints in regards to service and came to receive the money on the same day….but whenever i have a problem and call customer call centre i am only getting a "sorry for the inconvenience,your problem will be checked out" response.Alas, nothing happens….i have to follow up every day and wait for engineers for up to a week to show u. And when they do they still do not solve issues and say that because of my area i will never receive the speed that was promised by spidigo while they had pitched their sale to me.

  1. @spidigo ahmedabad,15 day gone but cant installation wifi and not giving responce,we provide all documents of wifi transfer but giving you daily new date for installation

    We need proper response and fix date for installation
