My Complaint Description:
I have takem spidigo connection on 31/08/2016 in tariff plan 2 MBPS unlimited scheme and after using for few days, I was getting frequently getting disconnections and when I contact to customer care, they keep saying there is fiber cut and services will be restored after 2 hours. This happened many times and some executive from the customer care suggested me to change my plan to 4 MBPS 500GB. I requested a plan change on 19 Oct 2016 and the company sent me an executive on 22/10/2016 to collect extra amount 2799/- for plan migration, which I paid through Cheque. Again on 23/10/2016 my internet services were down from 5am to 8pm, and the reason was again a fiber cut. I thought I have done a mistake by paying 2799/- to this pathetic company and so I requested a cheque stop payment at my bank. Due to cheque stop, they suspended by services on 27 oct 2016. I contacted them again on same day and was informed the reason. Since than the executive contacted me and informed that he will collect cheque from me and restore the services. I have been calling them since than and yesterday ie. on 3/11/2016 an executive collected cash of 3000/- including 200/- for cheque bounce and informed me that services will be restored in 1 hour. It is almost 24 hours and still the services not restored and everytime I call to their customer service, I have to describe whole story again and they keep informing me that services will be restored in 1hour. I don't think anyone is responsible in this company. They keep giving me false promises. The person who got collected money is not receiving my call. Contact number 7819813600 Mr. Bhradwaj.
