Hello sir,
I have make transaction of 25,000(Trasaction I'd:8025) from Krishna Nagar SBI ATM(ATM ID : S10F010283038) on 05/07/2016. But I got 22,500 Rs from ATM. After that I had registered complain 2 time but till a date I haven't received my payment. Below is my complain details.

1)Your complaint with AT429224213150 is under process for resolution & status is given as:' CLAIM RAISED ON 11/05/16 WITH ATM BRANCH. COMPLAINT WILL BE RES

2)Dear Sir/Madam, Your complaint has been registered with Ticket No: AT429224382652.Plz quote this no. while making any enquiry about your complaint .

As per complain solution the transaction has been done successfully but I haven't received full payment.

I want to see the ATM balance before my transaction and after my transaction.

I had already visit my bank branch but they told me to visit another branch and no one gives me proper answer.

Can you please help me to solve this problem?
