My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir/Madam,
We had purchased a sterling holidays membership on 11th June 2016 with using credit card.After that we heard that there are so many issues are regarding getting Rooms easily & also so many variations in AMF (Anual maintenance fees for resort). So we have decided to cancel membership within 10 days I called to person from which we have purchased membership he told me to wait for confirmation call & go through that call from Chennai & give confirmation of membership. After that you will get member Id & kit than we can proceed for membership cancellations in which you get 100% Money back within 45 days. So I got confirmation call & I confirm for membership & she told me you get soft copy of membership & kit but there is no mail & nothing from there side I continuously calling them and asking for cancellations but I have only 1 person in contact with me he is always tell that I have mailed them about cancellations & they will revert mail you in 48hrs about your cancellation but today it get 96hrs but no response nothing.
Please help me to get my money back.
