I am really really upset with your service. I have mailed to your helpdesk executive Mr.Karan Bhatia so many times. But there is no response. There is no contact number where I can share my problem, the one given on google does not work.
I had ordered a footware from your webiste on 4th JUne. Order Number #730984 .

I got to know from Ecom Express that the parcel is delivered back to your address as my address was not in their service area. If this was so, your website on the very first place shouldn't have accepted my address right ? Above everything I have already done the payment and I have ordered one more top on 6th June. Please into this asap. Its a humble request.
