Surya Real Gas Stove Complaint – Defective Product Sold To Me & Not Given The Bill & Warranty Card As They Told Me They Will Send It On My Mail Id Within A Week

My Complaint Description:
Three months back, one person from surya gas stove company came to my office to sell his product giving discount on MRP. The product name was 'Surya Real' glass top gas stove which was ISO certified. MRP. was 7500 Rs. & he was asking me to pay 3500 but I agreed on 2500 Rs. He sold me that gas stove saying that company will send your bill & warranty card on your e-mail id. he took my mobile number as well as e-mail id. He also gave his number but it doesn't exist. Now I have 2 complaints :-
1. Till today i did not received any bill & warranty card from them.
2. The product is defective. I found it whole gas pipe is leaking continuously, whole day we are smelling gas in our house. I tried to contact that person but that number is not exist.If its not replaced anything can happen to us. I want refund of the product as I purchased another stove for me.
Company should not send such fake people for selling purpose.
I believed that person because he showed me company's van parked outside my office and he was wearing some kind of uniform (actually it was looking like watchman or driver)
