This email is from the Billing and Payments department of Amazon.in.
I'm sorry that you haven't received the refund for the amount Rs.6999.00 with the Order # 404-3960142-1246717.
I have checked and see that we have initiated the refund on Saturday 14 November 2015.
However due to some technical error the refund was not processed and the refund was stuck and that is the reason you haven't received the refund yet.
The issue is now resolved and your refund will be processed within 1 business day. Please don't worry, I will take care of this.
I have escalated this issue and asked the appropriate team to process the refund.
As the refund is via NEFT transfer, the refund of Rs.6999.00 should be processed from our end within 1 business day and credited in your bank account within 3 business days.
