I have purchased a swipe mobile konect plus from home shop 18 on 8/7/16. vide their bill no.NITCDRH/DRH/07/2016/7229042. Against order no.996789729.
After purchasing the mobile in just 2 days internet was not working so i have complained about that in homeshop 18 but they said that we can not do anything you directly complaint to swipe customercare. We have complained to the swipe care they have given us the address of rajkot so we have handed over the mobile to rajkot swipe customer care at
STAR MOBILE (SWP040) OFFICE No.102, GOLDEN SPACE BUILDING, OPP:ABC MEDICAL, SARDAR NAGAR MAIN ROAD RAJKOT 360001 MOBILE No.(97220100001) We have given mobile on 27-7-16. they have told that we will give you back with in a week but after a week they have told to us that we have sent a mobile to company and it will take minimum 20 days after twenty days still they have not given a mobile to us nor they are giving any responce to us so today on 30.8.16. we have directly call to swipe customer care 08793038038 but they have told to us before 10 september we can not do anything
Sir kindly help us for refund or a replacement of a new mobile
