DEAR SIR ,
I,DHAVAL VAGHELA, AM COSTUMER OF SWIPE MOBILE. SINCE LONG TIME MY MOBILE SCREEN IS DAMAGED. I CALLED SO MANY TIMES TO CUSTOMER CARE AND I GOES SO MANY TIMES AT SERVICE CENTER ALSO BUT PEOPLE OF SERVICE CENTER DID NOT RECEIVED MY COMPLAINT. AFTER SOME DAYS THEY RECEIVED MY COMPLAINTS,I CALL EVERYDAY TO THE MANAGER OF SWIPE MOBILE COMPANY AT RAJKOT SRVICE CENTER BUT HE DIDNT RECEIVED MY CALL. IF HE RECEIVED MY CALL THEN HE ANSWRED ME THAT I M NOT FREE RIGHT NOW AND I M PURCHASING FOOD AND VEGETABLES RIGHT NOW SO CALL ME AFTER SOMETIME. THESE PEOPLE OF SWIPE SERVICE CENTER ARE SO RUDLY BEHAVED AND NOT PROPER ANSWRING TO CUSTOMER.

  1. worst mobile company i have seen in india. they launched their phones in market but the accessories like battery , touch, are not be found in local market

  2. I have punchse swipe elite on 6 Dec 2015 by flip kart it’s a good phone but after seven months it’s battery is not good working customer care not responding well and service center don’t have battery kindly help
