Hi, I am registering this complaint after receiving lots of time pass messages from the symphony. I purchased symphony cooler on 30-05-2015 and after 3 months of purchasing, motor get jammed and then I registered a complaint through mobile (message) and Symphony Technician came at home and told that there is some problem in motor pump and we have to get this motor from our another office and then will come to install the same at your home. But god knows, next day after visiting of that technician I have received a message saying that "Product repair estimate was given, and is not approved by you So we have closed your complaint"….
Can anyone explain me, Do we need to pay anything if the product is under warranty?? (even there wasn't any estimate given by that technician)
Then again I registered same complaint many times through mobile/internet website/customer care and nobody came second time to resolve the issue and have received only same messages as said above…
Why the complaint has closed without any intimation or proper answer…
Request please improve your after sale service…..it is very poor….please keep some person specially to track all the problem getting resolved against raised queries.
