I WAS BOUGHT A PHONE MICROMAX Q340 WITH SYSKA INSURANCE @599, SUDDENLLY I PHONE DAMAGE IN AN ACCIDENT . I CALL TO SYSKA GAGDET GADGET SECURE ABOUT THIS and SYSKA WROTE A COMPLAIN ( 1605189558 on 18/5/2016) AFTER 24 HOURS I RECEIVED AN SMS AND CALL FROM SYSKA TO DEPOSITE MY HANDSET TO GIVEN ADDRESS( Mitesh Prajapati Address Azzure Enterprise,
168, Chinubhai Tower, Near H K Collage, Nehru Bridge, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad – 380009,
Near H K Collage,
Ahmedabad, Gujarat)
I WAS DEPOSITED MY PHONE TO GIVEN ADDRESS ON 20 MAY 2016).

but my complain status (Status:Please visit allocated service center with device and required document(s).)
