My Complaint Description:
I purchased goods, value of 1148 rs from Big Bazaar on 1st April 2016 at 6:44 PM. So I was eligible for the free talktime of 15 rs on T24 card as per their offer.At that time my T24 card has balance of 13 rs. Big Bazaar employee put a request for 15 rs free balance and I got the message for successful recharge of 15 rs but when I checked my balance, it was still 13 rs. So I called customer care and he said it will add after 12 midnight night. Next day I checked my balance and it was still 13 rs. So I called Customer care and explained them what happened but they didn't respond well and didn't agree with my problem. They said I have 13 rs talktime and recharge is done. I said that I have already 13 rs balance before that goods purchase but he refused. This thing also happened last month and I didn't get 15 rs free talktime but I let it go that time. But this thing repeat gain so I have no option but to complain in Grahak Suraksha. I know this is small amount of money but its not the matter of money but the matter of commitment which they have broke. I don't know with how much people this is happened but this is serious fraud with customer. So please act as soon as possible. I look forward to you.
