I tried to activate one isd calling scheme on 28-04-2012 through automated system. I pressed the required button, but at that time neither any money was deducted, nor i got any confirmatory sms. Assuming that scheme is not activated, i activated the scheme by sending sms, in which amount of Rs. 19 was deducted immediately and i got sms also that scheme is activated.
