My Complaint Description:
I was a member of the Vasai west branch of Talwalkars. I took great pride in being part of this chain of Club.
But with great disappointment i am informing you that the current club manager has been acting very unhelpful and illogical. i had paid for a package of 55 massages in July 2013. at that time i was informed that there is no expiry on the said package.
i tried to consume my package, but from the time i paid for the package to now (Jan 2016), there were no masseur to give massages for a period of 8-9 months, in addition at multiple occasions my appointment were cancelled by the brach due to water unavailability.
In addition getting a appointment is difficult due to excessive memberships and very few appointments available.
The current manager Mr Ajay tells me today that my package is expired in Oct 2015… for which i have not received any communication before today.
All i request is either pay me back my money if you don't want to provide the service or give me a extension so i can consume my massages.
This is the last resort for me. if you wish i will take this up with appropriate consumer forums. The only reason i am willing to take this action is because of the disrespect being shown to me after being a member for 2 years.
