I have Tata Sky connect since last 4 years.Following are the issue which was escalated to Nodal officer of Tata Sky for discontinuing DTH services hence payment was done.They stopped services due to set top box replacement due to technology upgradation.However even Nodal office does not have timeline for problem resolution.
As per SMS from your end, I had followed the steps for set top box replacement.
1) Tried to make Missed call as per given no. but your sms replied from your end states that I've to make call to Helpdesk,
2) I had made call & Request for replacement of set top box on 28/05/2015 & it was committed from your end that box will be replaced free of cost within 7 working days.
3) Till 7 working days I had not made single followup & Tried to call on helpdesk ( Sr.Customercare- Mr.Jaspreet )on 05/06/2015 & it was committed that it will get replaced next day.
4) Nobody had called or box replaced on 05/06/2015, Once again I had called up helpdesk ( Sr. Customercare – Mr.Biharilal ) on 06/06/2015 & he also committed that he has discussed with field team – Mr.Nilesh & he will call me on 07/06/2015 for box replacement.But none of the person from your end called me till I am writing to you.
I need set top box to be replaced or my services to be restored on current set top box with immediate effect.
If you don't have sufficient manpower to support then you should have planned accordingly.
Since last 10 days unable to watch any channels after paying the required charges, so you've to give us waive off for these all days too.
Still if I will not get date of replacement & waive off for 10 days , I will escalate to respective authorities like TRAI, Grahak Surakha,Social media,E- Media like pehredar of CNBC Awaaz etc..
