My Complaint Description:
Hi Sir,
A Tata Docomo Official came to my place and promised me to install its broadband service within the span of max 2 days. I kept on pressing the issue whether its service is available in our locality and he called up his manager and confirmed its availability.
The very next day he collected the installation charge and modem advance and promised to install the service in next 36 hours.

After 2 days i called up and they said the there is a small delay and it will install soon. And from then everyday i called them up but they delayed it giving some or other excuse. A week passed and scenerio was still the same. After waiting for 10 days, being fed up i asked up to cancel my request and give back my refund. The manager again said that he will terminate the process and will e-mail the company to give back re-fund and will also forward the mail to me. It has been 5 days and still i haven’t received any e-mail and every time i call him he says he has sent a mail or says there is some technical issue. There is no clear cut picture and the manager has created a fuss in the situation.

Please help me with this issue.
