My Complaint Description:
Hi.. i am milind parikh from Navsari ( Gujarat). I have purchase tata docomo complaintpaid card. as i am doing job in mumbai my usage is very less . so i have given application to tata docomo representative in navsari (fuwara branch ) for more than 3 times . every they are rejecting application some or other way. after giving application for the 3rd time they have given me assurance that my card will be converted to prepaid till 27th January 2014. but still it is not done .. today next bill has generated. and their customer care representative is telling me that it has been delayed due to navsari branch person . I have follow all the instruction given by them . but they are not converting it into prepaid .. and not giving proper answer . now i need solution . I am tired of giving application to docomo centre. please help me out of this
