Hi IAm Vinod Pal from Delhi, I bougth Tata Card from EDM mall from an executive. At the time of activation, i received a call from Tata card executive and i clearly asked him is do you have any hidden charges or not they told that card is absolutely free no activation charges not yearly charges. Transaction is also free without any extra charges. After fewvdays i received a call that my verification process has been done. But i did not submit even single document. Except an adress proof. Afterthat i received so many calls from Tata executives. But i did not activate any extra service. Once i got TATA card by mistake i filled Rs.300 petrol from petrol pump. And due to delay of 2 months. I received message that i have to pay Rs. 2200/- i called in Tata CC and had a word with an executive and confirmed that i do not want ur card and i want to stope this kind of pathetic service and i asked him to inform me lumpsum payment. Aftersome time as per his confirmation i paid Rs. 1000/- but still i m reciving messge and the payment still incresing . I had a wrod with senior as well but after 1 and half month i did not recive any call from theri end but i recived message they tried to reach me through call total fake. I m ready to take legal action against the company . Kindly help.
