I have been using Tata Sky DTH service from last 10 years. I had purchased Tata Sky Dish & Set-top box & paid more then 25000.00 Rs to Tata Sky for their services.

From Last year I am facing no Signal problem frequently.. After complaining to customer care department they are sending service engineers on chargeable basis, and solves problem temporary, after few months same complain arose, and then the same story happened. This time I had complained again for the same problem, my TV channels was not coming from 2 days.. Customer care department send sevice engineer,

and now this time service engineer says Tata Sky dish/camera is faulty dish location is also wrong and You have to change it and have to pay extra for it.

So after paying thousands rupees to Tata Sky from more then10 years, they can't solve customer's problem, and they found a problem after a year now they are not changing their faulty Instruments. And their customer care service person Mr Sahrukh and M/s Raziya are talking in very rude and irresponsible way with me. So I really felt cheated from Tata Sky.
