My Complaint Description:
I would like to register a complain against the company called TATA SWACH for their product Tata Swach Viva Silver UV+UF which I purchased online from the website www.amazon.in on 9th June 2015.
I started receiving poor performance from the product for which I got in touch with the customer service number of the company on 1800 258 5858 and registered my complain on 2nd May 2016. The complain number was CRMH02052016120835. As per their company norms a registered complain is to be sorted out in 48 working hours, however the complain was not sorted out in their stipulated working hours and after my repeated contacting them they finally sent their technician on 17th May 2016 to solve the problem.
The technician first checked if the product was within the warranty period and once he knew that it was he did some minor checks and told me that the electrical panel was faulty and will take 10 days for replacement as the material is out of stock. I asked him to check the sand and the carbon filter but he refused. I persisted and asked to check him the TDS of the water at the outlet of the water purifier and it was 200 ppm which was well above the normal range and such a high number clearly indicates that the sand and the carbon filters were faulty.
The technicians from TATA SWACH are delaying the process so that the warranty period gets over which is 9th June 2016 and thus they want to get away with the replacement of the faulty sand and the carbon filters.
I have today filed a new complaint with the complain number CRMH23052016124615 stating the replacement of the electric panel.
I request you to look into the matter before 9th June 2016. I've attached my Invoice copy for your reference.
