My Complaint Description:
I have belwo complian to ragister in grahak suraksha which dose not slove from tata sky.
My name Keyur Dineshchandra Patel, from Bangalore, using your tata sky service from last 3yrs. ID No. 1119776977 & Reg. Mo. No. 8095883777.
This mail is regarding complain about refund of my service charge. Sorry i don't have any complain number for the same because the tata sky customer care don't have provide me the complain number.
Let me explain the issue..
After 2 months in July 2015, i came back to Bangalore & I have checked that my tatasky setup box is not working so I called up my local electrician for the check up, then i come to know that my adaptor was not working and i have to change it, he also told me that i can purchase new one from the market but i have call to tata sky customer care for the same on 19-07-2015, at 6.11pm.
The customer care executive told me that, dont worry sir we will provide you new adaptor but it will charge you Rs. 125/- and i asked him, is there any other charge for the same then he replied no sir you will not get any other charge for the same because you are our premium customer, our technician will come tomorrow and they will give you new adaptor. I feel its good to order to tata sky so i have confirm the order.
The next day near by 12:30pm i have received the order and i paid the 125/- rs. to the technician. My problem was solved and its working fine.
But when i have recharged my account with Rs. 240 via online recharge option, i got less balance in my account near by 64.00 so i got confused and i call to the tata sky customer care and asked the same to the executive, he replied yes sir Rs.170/-deduct from your account as service charge of our technician, then i have explain my first call and asked him to help me and refund the amount but he cant understand my problem and he cut my call you can check the record of 22.07.2015 at 7:16pm.
Than again i called the customer care and i have given complain for my service charge refund, customer care executive told me that don't worry sir i have taken your complain and our back end team will call and solve your problem within 72 hour.
After this daily i am calling to your customer care to know about my complain status but till date i have not get any perfect solution of my problem, the back end team is not calling for solution so please help me out for the same. I have not written my last10 days conversation with your customer care because its very difficult to write and how they answered me its really very very bad to write you.
Finally i have decided to write the mail to you and its my heartily request to you please check my all the conversation with your customer care and then only give me the perfect solution and please call me before taking any decision because i have so many query for your back end team. I will let you know how they are playing with customer. They are giving call to the customer but not talking with us.
