My Complaint Description:
I am purchase segate 1 tb external hard disc on 23rd Oct 2015 from Amazon. Serial number is NA7S4C3D. its delivered on 26th oct 2015 . I tried many times but hard disc is not working properly so I am discussed with amazon he told me please talk directly with Manufacturer but segate all toll free number and Ahmedabad office number is not working than I am submit online replacement through website.
They provide me below address so I am submit my product their on 23rd November 2015.

They told me product deliver within 7 to 10 days. The product which need to be replaced withing 2 to 3 weeks maximum is now on the verge of completing 2 months. This is not what i expected. The service being very poor, i now, want my money back but they told me this is not our policy to refund you and they ask for some more time for replace. I am discuss with Ms Monisha – 0008004401392 please do something for my refund or my hard disc.
