Purchased LENOVO mobile handset in Aug'2015 and faced issue with touchscreen. Surrendered for repair at LENOVO authorised service center Nexon Technology, A36, Shaktidhara Society, Near Dinesh Chamber, Bapunagar, Ahmedabad-07940081867 on 04th Dec'2015.
Prior to surrendering the phone at Nexon technology, phone was with another LENOVO servie center for 15 days and nothing was done. The previous service center was closed and due to this Nexon Technology came into picture.
The service center is pathetic in customer staisfaction and does not give proper reply as to when the phone will be repaired and what is the time line or the reason of delay. The same was informed to LENOVO management through emails and did not get any concrete reply and turn around time. Recently, they have stopped replying to my emails as well. I am very disappointed and frustrated with LENOVO and their service center's response.
