My Complaint Description:
10 days ago i have done MNP from Idea to Telenor. For that i have paid 50Rs to shop near by me from where i got telenor SIM card.
After week my i lost my idea network so i inserted telenor sim but still it didnt get network. I called customer care he said your card is active and u only have to do varification.Again i called customer care he said you will get network till evening.
But at evening i dont get network so i visited telenor shop.There i came to know that Sim card that i got and package of sim card have different Sim number. Persone in store said me to visit shop from where i got sim and asked him to give me Sim that is same to Sim number same on Package.
But Shop person said he dont have that sim, and said me to visit store and buy new SIM again for 50rs.
I said thats not my fault that u gave me sim with different sim number. Shop person said we get this SIM directly from store so its not his fault that Sim card and Package got exchanged.
After all this i have to visit store and bought new sim for same number because i am loosing my calls for 2days.
I dont know whose fault is there but i feels like i was cheated for paying extra 50rs for same Number that was not my fault.
Kindly solve my problem..
