MY MOBILE NO.7383129916 WAS CAME IN GRACE PERIOD DUE TO NON USAGE. WHEN I REACHED AT TELENOR CUSTOMER CARE STORE LOCATED AT MANJALPUR NEAR PRAMUKH PRASAD CROSS ROAD, IN THAT STORE I ASK ABOUT MY QUERY TO ONE LADY CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE REGARDING THE SIM CARD. SHE TOLD ME THAT MY SIM CARD IS DE-ACTIVATED AND IT WILL NEVER ACTIVATE AGAIN, SO U CAN BUY A NEW SIM CARD FROM HERE. AFTER CAME OUT FROM THE STORE I CALLED IN CUSTOMER CARE ON NUMBER 198 AND ASK ABOUT SAME PROBLEM. FROM THERE THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE TOLD ME THAT MY NO IS ACTIVATE AND IT WILL START AGAIN BY RECHARGING WITH AMT. RS 20/- AFTER THIS I AGAIN GONE IN THE STORE AND ASK HER TO DO SO WHATEVER THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE TOLD ME ON CALL. AGAIN SHE REFUSED ME TO DO SO. AND SHE WAS TRYING TO SELL ME NEW SIM INSTEAD OF SOLVING MY PROBLEM.

THE NEXT DAY I WAS GONE THE ANOTHER TELENOR CUSTOMER CARE STORE LOCATED NEAR AKSHAR CHOWK, BESIDES HONDA TWO WHEELER SHOW ROOM, AT I ASK ABOUT THE SAME PROBLEM AND ASK HIM TO DO RS 20/- RECHARGE AND HE DONE IT AND MY SIM CARD IS ACTIVATED AGAIN.

SO I WANT FORM THIS FORUM IS ,TO INVESTIGATE WHY THAT LADY CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE GAVE ME WRONG INFORMATION ABOUT MY SIM CARD?
