Dear GS Team,
I order my Yuphoria phone on 28 May,2015 After 6 month (in warranty) My phone screen some part is doesn't work so i complain YU Team, in end of November 2015. after not solution, they mail me Replace my Phone & on 14 December, 2015 they mail tracking NO. ORDER#:GJ-141215-20799517 & WAYBILL#:343511235220 for transceiver ( www.delhivery.com) ,
but on 18 Dec. Package not picked/received from client Tracking Show, so i call Yu Team Again, & they told me some problem in our warehouse so delay After 2 week I call back then they told me 15 Days plz Wait i says ok,
after 15 days i call again & again they said 2 week wait, after 2 week i call back & they again said 1 week wait, so i tell him this is long delay plz call transfer to senior but they said all senior are busy we call back ya email you to contact ,
but no one can contact me so i call on 17 Jan,2016 & after very discussion they transfer to senior & senior(Mandeep Singh) said that Again plz wait 10 Days i think senior says so wait ,
but not solve solution so on 10-2-2016 i call back they told wail & all senior are busy so i complain in GS.
Almost 2 Month to go but my phone not dispatch yet.
PLZ Help me
