My Complaint Description:
I was facing an issue with internet connectivity, where Tikona login page was not appearing, in case if the login page come, connection was not establishing and a speed issue.
Complaint was logged in 22nd Dec 2015, where Tikona representative come daily, and do only crimping activities, which took them Jan 2016 to resolve the issue.

As I faced a issue with respect to connection, so have not paid the service charges for two months, against which Tikona sent me full amount invoice. That means, if customer is logging complaints, facing an internet issues, still keep paying Tikona.

As I did not received the services when I need it most, I didn't make the payment.

Due to Tikona bad services, bank charge me penalty of 500 bucks, as transaction was getting disturbed during process, which obviously need to bare by Tikona.

As I refused to make the payment, Tikona disconnected the services, which means, when services are not been there, customer has no right to wait and watch to get the service resolved , and on top of it, customer should keep paying payment and if customer refused to pay , they will mentally harassed the customer and disconnect the services.

Now services are no more available, I am willing to take my refundable deposit and penalty charges which bank applied to me, due to Tikona service issues & need Mumbai or Delhi superior names against which,I can file a summon in court. As I have been mentally harassed and do not have an option rather taking a legal charge.
