My Complaint Description:
I Activate 4MBPs internet plan of tikona which of cost Rs. 2250 and i payed on 19-05-2015 and my payment id is 1-3493114351. But unfortunately my exam date will declare and so that i packup my net device because it set to others house. But after 3 month they call me that your new bill is due of rs. 558. but my plan of two month is completed and also i payed for that plan. and after he claim me that you are not payed your new bill and call again and again. even i dont know Tikons renewal policy and they just renew my plan without confirmation.
