I had got Internet connection services from Tikona Digital Network. My Internet connection at my home at it is fix connection. But I want to change fix connection to mobile connection. So I had used mobile connection through dongle. So I mail to Tikona for deactivate my connection on 18th April-2016. After I had paid my outstanding amount, they stopped my connection. But After two months they sent me a bill of June/July usage. But I already closed my connection in April and paid all amount. Then they mailed and SMS again and again. Why I pay bill which is not used by me.?
