My Complaint Description:
I have internet connection of Tikona Digital Network since last 1.5 year many times I have send complaints to this company thru customer care. I have getting solution but after some days I have facing problem again and again. Last 6 month I am very tired and harass from this company due to not getting solution properly. And this company have not any service provider and not any technical person is available in Ahmedabad city. We paid billing amount regularly and if we are late to giving payment penalty also.
So I request to please help me for inconvenience
