Dear Sir/Madam

Sub : Net Non fusible decler form tikona but can not give proper answer from last week, User ID : 1115751213

I am unable to use net from 09/08/2016, when i complaint in customer i received sms for complain register. But when i phone call to engineer he ask that he arrange two engineer visit for this problem, engineer came on 10/08/2016 they said that your net is not working properly and declare non fusible also ahmedabad team ask that you have to arrange new net our net is not working at your house.

Now this problem is from tikona side but they can not give me any proper answer for it, also they can not give information about refund amount.

        Request you to surrender the modem or else you are liable to pay Rs 1,500/- as penalty for breach of the terms of services since you failed to surrender the modem even after sending several intimation from our end.
