My Complaint Description:
I have purchased wifi connection from Tikona on 4th April 2016. But i am continuously getting problems related to connectivity & speed. They charged me for three months in advance. I have to call them each day to check my wifi.
You can check my call records and find out the fake hope that had been given by this fake company. Finally i asked them to refund my amount as i have not used any wifi because of their connectivity issue. But they are denying and not resolving the problems. I have all the call details from there you can check how much time i called and submit complain. Please do the needful
