USER ID – 1121031900.
I have stopped the services from Tikona broadband services from 20th November but still they kept me billing till 12th April. Further, as my last bill dated 26th Feb, the outstanding amount was Rs 924. However, I was forced to pay Rs 2500 failing which they threatened to take legal action against me. I would like to seek compensation for this. Please take immediate action against this. The company seems to be a fraud one.

Please take strict action.
