I am Manan Dabhi.I have internet connection of tikona Infinet limited.My user ID was 1121315278 provided by above service provider company.I have been using their connection but due frequent disconnection problem I was frustrated and decided to stop the connection.The billing cycle for our connection is 15th of every month i.e., bill has to pay after 15 day of month and it is in advance period which means if I have to go for connection in September then I have to pay on 15 the September for time period of 15 September to 15 October .So I have already paid by bill on 15 September 2017 for period of 15/9/17 to15/10/17. I had requested service provider to stop the connection on 28/9/2017 from 15/10/17. Now company has stopped connection from 6/10/17 instead of 15/10/17 as I have already paid amount upto 15/10/17 and that too without any communication from their side .They have send mail on 6/10/17 but there is nothing written in the mail that the my connection has stopped from 6/10/17 and not to use after that and instead of that they have said mail on 18/10/17 informing that my connection has stopped from 6/10/17 that is informing retrospectively. The company executives are harassing me now to pay from 6/10/17 which is totally unfair .Hope you will take quick action against the company so that same doesn't happen to others.I have faith in government and governance and hope quick Justice will be provided.
