SUB : Tikona Broadband internet forcing me to pay bill
Complain against Tikona broadband service. I have taken this service in the month of April-2016 for 3 months by paying advance 1718/- on Dt: 31-3-2016 as and in that period of time i have face many disconnection problems so i have not recharged again this service
I have made call to company toll free number to disconnect my service and they have not replied me and not taken my complain so for that i have send mail to the company for the same that please disconnect my broadband service on Date 15-7-16 but company have not given response. but they still continued billing my account and for that i have mailed them to disconnect my service.
But still every now and then they use to call me for the payment and doing sms to me and stating that if you not pay bill we will discontinue your service, I always use to say them if i have not used your service than why should i pay the bill than also they say sir you have to pay the bill as we have not received any mail of disconnection from your side. but i have said them that i have copy that i have send the mail to company on date 15-7-16. afterwards they said again send us mail so i have sended the mail again on 12-9-16. And reply came from their side ok we will disconnect that but you have to pay the outstanding amount.
So i have said that if i have not used your service than why should i have to pay the bill but they are saying you have to pay and now they are calling me every now and than to pay the bill and saying me that if you will not pay the bill we will do legal case against you in the court of Delhi and you have to come there and for that you will face problem so pay it , as it is a small amount of 1741/- ..
I have also mailed the same thing to their mail ID :- [email protected] on date 15-02-2017 as jago grahak jago executive told me to do so But no reply came from their side and i have got mail to pay the full and final amount of 1641/- from the mail ID : [email protected]
So please see this matter MY TIKONA BROADBAND ID IS 1117039050 MY NAME IS SUNIL M NENWANI and i just want to say that from the first weak of July 01-07-2016 I have stopped using their services so why should i pay the bill
