My Complaint Description:
I got TIKONA internet service connection back in June 2015 in chennai. The service was worst since the day 1. For no reason the connection used to drop. After numerous calls, a rep. updates that there is an issue in network & ETA for resolution wasn't as promised on call. After more than 36 hrs i get the connection back. This same thing repeated for months. Finally i stopped using the connection. Moved to banglore. Revoked the connection. Had a new plan activated. Again the same cycle started. Disconnection–Numerous calls to complain-ETA not up to the mark-Speed not provided as per package. Finally opted to get the connection terminated. Again to get it done, had to go through multiple number of calls where reps try to retain me by saying all sorts of COCK & BULL stories, literally BEGGING to give one more chance so that they can fix my connection.
When i didn't agree, they started telling me to pay the outstanding partial amount of 627/- out of 1050/- monthly service amount for which i have paid 423/- already. Now this amount is for the service of the current month that i never used. So technically, TIKONA should return that 423/- & have their connection terminated without any charges which is what they said at the time of taking the connection.
