Message : I had purchased above mentioned product from sales India. Since last few months I had problem in my television. It shows vertical lines and picture is fluctuation. But I thought that these is problem of my channel provider and I had not taken matter at priority then I had called channel provider and he had concluded problem is in TV. Then I had called service center and engineer had visited and told that display panel became faulty and need to be replaced and cost is approx new LED TV cost. For your knowledge my brother had also bought one more led of same model and found same problem in that TV few months ago. And company also agree to warranty claim the TV. As Toshiba had agreed to refund full amount. So I also request that only three months period passed after warranty period over. We observed this problem since last few months but lack of awareness and free time and doubting on channel issue it was out of warranty period. So please take all above conside! ration and pass our warranty claim. I am looking forward geneunie comment and decision from Toshiba side. Then I will be happiest customer of Toshiba and looking forward for your positive reply. Please take case as priority case and reply earliest.

Now since last three days customer support center also not doing any action and forced me to buy new panel or replace the tv.
I had already checked on google and found so many people had same problems in their same model LED TV.
So this is proved that problem is only because of poor quality of TV.
