Hi Team,

This is regarding order #628553 placed on on 10th of August and I didn't receive the product yet.

I have followed up with their customer support so many times regarding status of the order but I didn't get the satisfactory response from them.

Now I am able to see that product is lost in transit by logistics partner Ecom Express! Such a rubbish thing.

TrendIn customer support is so careless that they are not even replying to my mails that I already sent them regarding the same. This was my first and last experience with TrendIn!

I would like to let them know that I am a customer, I should post this scenario in social media so that people can see how TrendIn is treating their customers!

After no response of my so many mails, I finally posted this issue on Facebook and their customer support team contacted me on 29th August and said that refund is initialized by them but today is 6Th September and I didn't receive any refund yet.

Please help me on this case and I would like to sue TrendIn – a Aditya Birla company by paying 10T times of product MRP.

This is too much now. Worst experience ever. Request you act on issue ASAP.
