My Complaint Description:
Make my trip,
My Wife (Mrs. Shaifali Goyal) flight on 2nd January from Vadodara to Delhi and 7th January from Delhi to Vadodara, booking id is NF2202658251561, PNR NO.: Z5Q98V was cancelled by make my trip onward. I received one message from make my trip at 1:44pm on 29th December. Then i make a call to make my trip customer care (Mr. Pooran Singh, 29-12-2015) why you cancelled my ticket?
He told me make my trip didn’t cancelled your ticket, then i say i am not online at that time then how is it possible. He said i note down your complaint then i will revert back within 48hrs.
Then again call to Make my trip customer care (Mr. Saurabh, 29-12-2015); please give the solution of this cancellation. He says you already call before 20mins, your complaint already registered so please wait 48 hrs.
48hrs compelled then one call received by my wife from make my trip, he directly said this cancellation request received from your side, my wife said this totally wrong. So please refund the full amount on my account, then he said this complaint is reopen again please wait another 48hrs.
On 2nd January 2016 (Saturday) i make a call again to make my trip customer care. Please tell the status of my complaint he said we already call you but your wife not picked the phone, he said 3 times i call you but no reply received. Make my trip said i have only three times call for customer not more than three times. I said i am busy in other work so cant reached your phone but my wife not received any call from make my trip, she already checked two three times call logs no call record available. I talked to make my trip approx 60-80 minutes but he didn’t support me. I already tell him if you received any cancellation request from my side please send the details he didn’t send this request. He tell me your ip address already trace. I tell him please tell that ip address i can check my laptop ip address, but it’s totally different. He provides me now you trace the ip on your own. Make my trip not help in this issue.
On 5th January 2016, 14:42pm (Tuesday) i make a call again to make my trip customer care. Supriya singh already inform me your complaint registered in high priority mark. So, please wait 48 nos.

If you want any recording calls i will provide you. please provide your valueable time to solve this problem.
