Uninor Complaints

I have uninor mobile gsm network. I have applied for DND activation before 8 months. Then again I have applied for DND activation before 4 months. Till DND service is not activated in my phone.
Second one, I have applied for MNP (Mobile number portability) to transfer my Uninor service to wodafone service. I have applied for MNP 3 times. Till Uninor is not transferring my sim card to wodafone.
Can you help me for this?

    am facing many problems with uninor service. very bad and worst service of uninor…
    Uninor is activating direct VAS Service on my cell No.: 8421188334. I am continuous deactivate this service via customer care and Uninorr service station… but not deactivate this service… Everyday cutting of charges this Service.. i want my money… asap… and i like to say to UNINOR worst service – HATS OFF…
    Please deactivate all of services… and please send my money… i think i want to change your service ..require portability to other service…….
