I am Indian Citizen, residing in Baroda. I have been subscribing the services from United Cable Network since last five years in Baroda. Many times I have faced such problems as muy cable services remains without operated 10 to 15 days.
I have been again one more time delayed in services. My cable services since last 06/07/2016 has been stopped. Whereas I have made the payment of all the monthly charges Rs.280/- per month in advance for July-2016 to the respective branch manager of Baroda branch. I booked complain telephonically and i was committed that your cable services will be checked by a service man in one working day. Then the person comes after 5 days to check the connection. He took away the setup box of cable and commited that by evening it will be repaired. Then set up box was repaired on the next day and I was again asked to pay extra charges of Rs.200/- for repairing the same. Which as per the previous services since last five years, during many times of repairs, I have never paid.
Thenafter I paid the charges and again after that, the next day setup box stopped working. I again called the person and talked him that the problem still exist. He committed that person will be visiting my residence in one or two hours. But nobody came. today again I called in the morning and same commitment was given that the person will visit in one hour.
Now when I am calling the landline numbers, nobody is receiving the call. I have also called the branch manager personally, he is also ignoring the call and not receiving.
Requesting you to assist in this matter as these has been very serious problems with many customers residing in Baroda.
