My Complaint Description:
Had purchased Nokia Lumia 630 on 11-Oct-2014 (Invoice no. SK/KUNJ/15587). As per bill warranty period is for 1 year. My father went for Mechanical repair (Service bill no. 444 dated 20-Aug-2015) at Nokia care and they charged 650 Rs for Mechanical repair on 18-Aug-2015.
While inquiring at the time of levy of charge, father was informed that 1 year from Purchase date is passed. Nokia care person can easily find this information from IMEI no of the phone. My father trusted him. And so paid the charges.
After that, we found the bill on 05-Dec-2015. And we were feeling cheated as repair date was within warranty period. So we went to Nokia care for Refund. They did not refund the charged amount I.e. 650 Rs.
So we want the charged amount back. If required I can produce both Mobile bill and Service amt charged invoice.
