Myself Bhavik Patel and I am using Videocon D2h connection more than two years. My customer ID is 116764989.
At 01-05.2016 in the morning I have dial customer care no i.e.073558 73558 and dial 1 option by mistake and I got an message that "Dear Customer, As per your request your base pack has been change to new gold sports, charges Rs. 365 per month"
At the same time I told customer care executive that by mistake I have been pressed no. 1 as selection. so kindly revert my plan as it is. I don't want to upgrade the plan and ask him to do the revert as soon as possible. But executive has informed me that it is not possible to revert the plan. I strange and ask him to escalate my issue to higher level then after I talk with Mr. Piyush Mangroliya for this issue but he was not able to solve the problem and he also replied me that we are not able to revert the plan. Same thing I told Mr. Piyush that if you are not able to solve my issue then escalate it to higher level. I want to revert this automatically upgraded plan to my as actual plan. but He has not solve the issue and misbehave with me.
Then after I got a call from a lady SMRITI SHAH, Same issue i told her and request her for the same but she also misbehaving with me and not escalate my problem to higher level.
I have put a complain two times in writing also but they give same answer on mail.
This issue not solved or closed yet and at 28-05-2016 my plan was going to expires so I again call to customer care and ask about recharge. Also asked that my plan will be revert or not. As a reply customer care office has instruct me to recharge amount and call back, plan will revert then after I recharge my monthly plan and call back to customer care but another customer care executive told that your plan will not be changed. I again escalate this issue but problem remains same. No one is reliable to answer and authorize to handle customer issues.
I request you to solve this problem and ask this provider regarding this type of mentally harassment to the customers.

Still now i do not get any call from your higher authority and my problem is not solved. I do not get any revert plan message from your end.

    We have investigated your concern about the package upgrade without your consent. We found that the package change request was made by you, and the package was changed after asking you to press 1 for confirmation over the automated voice response unit.

    The subscription package was changed to “New Gold Sports pack” over the IVR on 1st May 2016, when you had called at our helpline from your registered mobile #. The package was changed by you over the interactive voice response unit by selecting the required option ( 1 ) and there was no manual intervention from our side.

    We have changed the package back to “Super Gold”. The subscription price of the package is Rs. 275/- per month.
