My Complaint Description:
My new D2h connection installed completed 1.5 months Installation DATE 22-03-16
i have some problem for telecast…I complained..
the engineer came to my home and find the problem & said "DISH INSTALLATION IS NOT PROPER"
YOU WILL PAY FOR PROPER INSTALLATION RS. 400/-"
Today I call to customer care.
I said to D2h operator, why I paid 400 rupees for this issue
They not give me satisfied reply…
I Already PAID Rs 4250/- installation & one year superscription…
MUJE YE BAKWAS COMPANY SE APNA PAISA WAPAS CHAHIYE…
kyo ki company ke dish installation englineer ki galti ke liye main kyu pay karu ???

Customer care said one word more time "Asudhika ke liye mafi cahunga"
I refund my paid money.
I wish to shutdown my d2h.
