Respected Sir/Madam
I am using Videocon d2h service,I am facing difficulties as I am not able to see the channels in my subscribed Super Gold pack,even my set top box is OK, in 25-30% channel volume has gone,before I registered a complaint in Videocon D2h regarding this issue,device engineer checked & informed that settop box is not getting upgrade by the software, & there no damage to its internal components also,software upgradation is provided by the company & settop box is to be changed,but Videocon d2h officer are not ready to change settop box free of cost.If there any physical damage or components damage than I am ready to pay for that but there is nothing like that.Software is manufactured by the company as well as it's settop box also,if these software has to be upgraded it should be auto upgrade,than it will be like these every 4 months they will upgrade & ask us to change the settop box,by paying 325 rupees settop box charge & 170rupees service charge even these nodal officer are not receiving phone calls also.
